Lead end-to-end real estate development in the DACH region: identify and acquire land, create development strategies, perform financial analysis, manage timelines/budgets, negotiate complex transactions and utility contracts, coordinate cross-functional teams, mitigate risks, and present progress to executives and investors.

Responsible for lifecycle management, design acceptance, maintenance regimes, commissioning, and incident root-cause for electrical, controls and mechanical assets in a data center. Approve procedures, oversee projects and vendor relationships, ensure regulatory compliance, provide technical reports, and act as site authority for electrical installation while supporting operations and emergency response.
