Executive technology leader responsible for defining and delivering CBS’s long-term technology strategy, digital transformation, data and automation capabilities, governance, cyber resilience, and technology investment priorities. Leads technology-enabled business change, software and digital platform development, organisational capability, risk management, and executive-level decision-making while ensuring technology creates commercial, operational, customer, and strategic value.

Leads CBS’s long-term financial strategy, capital and funding management, commercial performance, governance, risk, treasury, and financial resilience. Serves on the Executive Board, provides strategic insight and challenge, oversees statutory accounts, tax, audit, and compliance, and develops high-performing Finance and Treasury teams. The role also sponsors transformation, supports growth and value creation, and manages relationships with banks, funders, auditors, advisers, shareholders, and other stakeholders.

Manage in-life funding processes from drawdown through settlement, including funder facility utilisation, finance settlements, reconciliations, discrepancy investigation, system uploads, audit support, and month-end queries. Maintain accurate documentation and system data while improving processes. The role requires strong numerical, analytical, organisational, communication, and Excel skills, with close attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
