Lead cross-disciplinary teams to execute complex aerospace engineering and manufacturing projects. Manage client communications, schedules, budgets, vendors, contracts, reporting, and subordinate staff. Ensure project objectives, compliance with requirements, and customer satisfaction within established constraints.

Support company growth through business development and marketing: prepare proposals, maintain CRM, build project timelines with MS Project, create marketing collateral, manage events and social media, generate sales reporting, and provide executive administrative support.

Design, develop, and integrate mechanical and electro-mechanical subsystems for aerospace components. Create detailed drawings and models, perform analysis and testing (environmental, stress, flight), support manufacturing and flight test operations, and troubleshoot field issues under senior direction.
