Lead UK DEI strategy and programs, partner with senior leadership to integrate DEI into business goals, design and deliver training, measure and report DEI outcomes, improve diverse recruitment, retention and inclusion, and build internal and external DEI partnerships.

Own and execute marketing strategies and campaigns to grow brand awareness and engagement. Manage content creation, digital channels (SEO/SEM, paid ads, email), analyze performance with analytics and automation tools, collaborate cross-functionally, and optimize campaigns to improve conversions and customer engagement.
