Lead customer implementations of Wordsmith by designing and configuring legal workflows, translating in-house legal processes into AI-enabled automation, supporting onboarding and expansion, and providing product feedback. The role combines legal operations expertise, solution design, project management, stakeholder change management, and direct customer advisory work. It is primarily office-based in Edinburgh and requires close collaboration with customers, Product, Engineering, and go-to-market teams.

Lead customer implementations of Wordsmith’s legal operations platform. Design and configure legal workflows, translate legal processes into structured AI-enabled automation, advise legal teams on technology best practices, support onboarding and expansion, and communicate customer insights to Product and Engineering. The role requires managing customer projects, guiding stakeholders through change, and working across legal and technical domains in an in-office New York environment.

Build and operate an automated employee platform covering onboarding, identity, application access, device enrollment, hardware provisioning, support requests, security baselines, compliance evidence, and offboarding. Develop scripts, infrastructure as code, Slack-based assistants, and coding-agent workflows that reduce manual IT work. The role is hands-on with employee hardware in the Edinburgh office and owns systems end to end.

The Motion Designer will create launch videos, product animations, and social content, turning complex workflows into clear narratives while collaborating with various teams and managing freelancers.

Build and own Wordsmith’s privacy and compliance product vertical. Translate legal and regulatory requirements into structured AI-executable solutions, support pre-sales and customer engagements, apply privacy and compliance expertise to real-world problems, and contribute to broader legal products. The role requires independent ownership, strong AI literacy, client-facing confidence, and the ability to build solutions using Wordsmith’s platform without coding.

Build and execute outbound sales campaigns through email, cold calling, and LinkedIn to engage general counsel and legal leaders. Consistently achieve meeting-booked and pipeline targets, collaborate with Account Executives on key accounts, maintain accurate CRM records, and provide messaging feedback to Marketing and Product. The role requires resilience, organization, strong communication, curiosity, coachability, ownership, and effective time management in a fast-paced, in-office environment.

Own Wordsmith’s security, compliance, privacy, and responsible AI programs end to end. Lead security strategy, infrastructure protection, incident response, SOC 2 and ISO certifications, GDPR operations, AI risk assessments, vendor risk, executive reporting, enterprise security support, and compliance automation. Build the function, manage strategic budgets and tooling, and eventually hire and lead a team while partnering closely with Engineering, Legal, Sales, Customer Success, and company leadership.

The Account Executive will drive new business, manage sales processes, build relationships with legal teams, and exceed revenue targets in a fast-paced environment.

The Data Scientist (Product Analytics) will develop product analytics, improve data quality, conduct A/B tests, analyze user behavior, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to inform product strategies and enhance user engagement.
