Part-time, on-campus student role providing administrative, customer service, event support, data entry, filing, light research, and basic technology assistance. Assist with clerical tasks (answer phones, scheduling, organizing), support programs/events, and perform other duties as assigned while balancing academic commitments and following university policies.

Leads enterprise data architecture and infrastructure strategy, designing data warehouses, data lakes, and hybrid cloud solutions. Establishes governance, security, automation, DevOps, and CI/CD practices while evaluating emerging technologies such as AI and machine learning. Partners with executives and cross-functional teams on data strategy, cloud roadmaps, resource planning, cost optimization, integrations, and troubleshooting. Serves as an organization-wide subject matter expert and mentor.

Administers defined benefit and defined contribution retirement programs, resolves escalated stakeholder inquiries, processes transactions, maintains records, coordinates vendors, reconciles invoices, supports enrollment and program implementation, and ensures compliance. Analyzes retirement benefits data, researches root causes, recommends process improvements, documents procedures, and supports employee communications and presentations.

Administers and improves enterprise retirement benefit programs within the HCMS benefits module. Serves as the retirement benefits subject matter expert and liaison among HRIS, IT, retirement teams, and vendors. Troubleshoots issues, develops processes and audit reports, tests system and regulatory changes, reviews payroll and compliance files, reconciles funding, creates procedures, and recommends process enhancements. Requires benefits administration, HCMS, data analysis, compliance, and process management expertise.

Manages a portfolio of prospects and donors through identification, cultivation, solicitation, gift closure, and stewardship. Builds relationships with alumni, donors, faculty, and university staff; develops compelling fundraising cases based on academic priorities; coordinates with communications, events, research, annual fund, and planned giving teams; and meets annual proposal, donor engagement, and fundraising revenue goals.

Designs and delivers business intelligence solutions supporting quality, compliance, and operational processes. Translates clinical and operational requirements into technical specifications, builds datasets from EHR reporting databases using advanced SQL and visualization best practices, validates data, performs root-cause analysis, resolves reporting issues, and supports junior team members through knowledge sharing.

Manages a portfolio of strategic technology initiatives and supervises project management and analyst staff. Establishes PMO methodologies, governance practices, intake and prioritization processes, risk management, and performance monitoring. Aligns projects with enterprise goals, facilitates governance committees, drives process optimization, and provides PMO education to project managers and technology leaders. Partners with business and functional teams to define needs and ensure effective delivery of digital transformation and operational efficiency initiatives.

Owns enterprise AI product strategy, roadmaps, backlogs, requirements, governance, and prioritization across multiple platforms. Leads stakeholder alignment, Agile ceremonies, UAT standards, release sign-off, testing strategy, automation adoption, and root-cause analysis. Partners with UX, architecture, QA, and release teams to ensure delivery readiness, monitors product performance, gathers feedback, and advises senior leadership on product decisions and measurable business outcomes.

Provides executive leadership for university-wide academic support services, including student success, libraries, educational technology, registrar functions, curriculum support, international services, and experiential learning. The role aligns these functions with institutional priorities, improves retention and student outcomes, oversees accreditation and academic policy compliance, supports program development, and leads senior teams through data-informed continuous improvement.

Provides administrative, operational, and programmatic support for academic programs, events, workshops, and student activities. Coordinates schedules, logistics, communications, materials, and stakeholder inquiries; maintains databases, learning platforms, web content, and program records; supports recruitment, engagement, data collection, reporting, assessment, and continuous process improvement.
