Own end-to-end deployment of Omnea's procurement platform for enterprises: run discovery, design workflows, direct AI-assisted builds, validate outputs, manage stakeholder buy-in, project-manage go-lives, track adoption, and feed learnings to product and engineering.

Lead end-to-end enterprise deployments of Omnea's procurement platform. Run stakeholder discovery, design approval workflows and integrations, direct AI-assisted tooling to build first-draft configurations, validate AI outputs, manage project timelines and stakeholder buy-in, track post-go-live adoption, and feed learnings into Product and Engineering. Typically runs 3-5 concurrent deployments and is measured on time-to-launch, CSAT, and customer references.

Work with strategic enterprise customers to identify high-impact AI opportunities in procurement, design and prototype AI solutions on Omnea's platform, lead workshops, and drive adoption and measurable business impact.

Serve as the senior technical escalation owner for enterprise customers, resolving complex integrations and cross-system issues, directing AI for investigations, stepping into implementations, feeding product roadmap with recurring problems, and building playbooks, tooling, and standards for technical support.

Work with strategic enterprise customers to identify high-impact AI opportunities in procurement, design scalable AI-powered solutions on Omnea's platform, rapidly prototype proofs-of-value, run workshops, and drive implementation, adoption, and measurable business impact across procurement, finance, and supply chain.

Build and run Omnea's Customer Value function to drive expansion and retention across enterprise accounts. Lead and coach Customer Value Leads, close high-stakes upsells, create expansion playbooks and QBR/ROI frameworks, partner with Product on roadmap and pre-sales, and represent Omnea with senior procurement, finance, and operations stakeholders.

Lead end-to-end engineering hiring across Omnea's engineering teams in London: source and recruit senior product engineers, build passive pipelines, partner with engineering leadership to define hiring standards and EVP, optimise hiring processes and metrics, and own the candidate experience from sourcing through offer.

Lead the design function at Omnea, managing a team of designers, driving product design strategy, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience across all platforms.

Lead product strategy and execution across the Omnea platform, manage a team of product managers, and ensure alignment with cross-functional teams. Establish product development culture and drive communication across functions.

Own the product and AI narrative, coordinate product launches, enable GTM teams, and translate complex concepts into clear messaging for enterprise customers.
