Leads SIT and UAT, validates project and portfolio workflows, manages test data and defects, maintains requirements traceability, and performs regression testing. Collaborates with distributed teams, reports testing progress and coverage, and supports quality readiness ahead of go-live.

Administer, configure, optimize, secure, and monitor SAP landscapes, including S/4HANA, HANA, PI, and BI. Develop reusable scripts with NeoLoad and LoadRunner, identify bottlenecks, analyze application performance metrics, estimate delivery work, and collaborate with developers, DBAs, SMEs, and distributed teams. Support presales presentations, technical demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and commercial proposals. Travel to Australia or the United States on short notice may be required.

Develops acceptance criteria, test plans, cases, and scenarios for business-critical systems. Selects and executes manual and automated testing approaches, builds scalable automation frameworks, reports defects, risks, and outcomes, and collaborates with stakeholders and delivery teams to ensure comprehensive coverage. The role also advises on testing methods, tools, standards, and process improvements.

Analyze, validate, and interpret data from multiple sources to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Develop dashboards, reports, visualizations, and data models; automate recurring processes; maintain data quality and governance; and present actionable recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Collaborate cross-functionally to translate business requirements into analytical solutions supporting planning, operational improvement, and strategic initiatives.

Design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks for mobile, web, and API applications. Create test scripts, debug and execute automation, perform code reviews, and integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines. Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams, estimate testing work, identify infrastructure and framework improvements, support continuous delivery, and coach teams to use automation frameworks independently. The role requires experience with automation tools, programming languages, API validation, cloud platforms, containers, microservices, Agile, and DevOps practices.

Supports business process analysis, requirements gathering, documentation, stakeholder engagement, process improvement, and requirements validation. Advises technical and non-technical stakeholders, identifies business benefits, resolves problems collaboratively, and helps ensure technology solutions meet organizational objectives.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications across front-end and back-end technologies. Build responsive interfaces, server-side logic, APIs, database integrations, and cloud-native solutions. Implement CI/CD pipelines, optimize performance and reliability, and follow TDD and code-review practices. Collaborate with designers, product managers, and QA teams in an Agile environment. Lead projects from concept through deployment and mentor junior developers while adopting modern frameworks, DevOps tools, and emerging technologies.
