Lead loyalty program strategy and execution for Holland America Line and Seabourn, driving guest segmentation, benefit optimization, personalized communications, and KPI reporting. Partner cross-functionally to align loyalty with commercial goals, manage budgets and vendors, analyze campaign performance, and innovate loyalty offerings to boost retention, rebooking, and lifetime value.

Serve as primary finance business partner for IT cost centers, owning budgeting, forecasting, month-end close, variance analysis, and long-range planning. Develop and execute change strategies and communications, run impact and readiness assessments, engage and coach stakeholders and sponsors, integrate change into PMO governance, measure adoption, report insights to leadership, and maintain frameworks and playbooks to drive adoption and continuous improvement.

Supervise occupational health and safety at a cruise-owned port: implement safety programs, conduct inspections and drills, manage incidents and PPE, lead frontline safety team, ensure contractor compliance, and maintain safety documentation and training.

Support Corporate Support financial planning and month-end close: prepare journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, produce internal reports, assist forecasting and annual operating plan, perform transactional research and UAT for reports/system changes.

Manage and execute stakeholder engagement plans across Caribbean markets. Coordinate meetings, workshops, reporting, and relationship-building with governments, communities, industry partners, and internal teams. Track engagement records, provide briefings, and produce periodic management reports while supporting shoreside and shipboard collaboration.
