Lead strategic sourcing across technical supply categories for North American cruise brands: perform market, supplier, and spend analyses; run RFPs/eProcurement, negotiate contracts, manage supplier relationships, deliver cost savings and supplier diversity goals, and implement sourcing policies with stakeholders.

Lead a Demand Planning Center of Excellence to standardize processes, improve forecast accuracy, automate planning, and support S&OP. Mentor brand demand planners, drive cross-functional collaboration, implement planning tools (statistical/AI/ML), establish KPIs/reporting, and enable scenario planning to optimize spare-parts availability and inventory efficiency.

Own and evolve the Order & Offer Management System (O&OMS). Define product requirements and priorities, translate business needs into technical specifications, govern delivery from discovery to release, coordinate IT teams and vendors, lead testing and UAT, and drive scalable B2C/B2B revenue and operational excellence across the cruise reservation ecosystem.
