Serve as end-to-end financial owner for a portfolio of shipboard and shoreside capital projects. Manage capital forecasting, budgeting, cash flow, and investment analysis (IRR, NPV, ROI). Reconcile project systems and financial platforms, perform variance analysis, support capitalization and month-end close, and partner with Project Management, Accounting, IT, and operations to improve governance, reporting, and processes.

Design user-centered, responsive web experiences for Holland America Line. Embed with business units to prototype, deploy, and operationalize AI applications. Architect and build backend services, APIs, containers, and streaming data pipelines (Kafka/Kinesis). Deploy on cloud-native platforms (Docker, Kubernetes/EKS/ECS), integrate LLMs/agentic systems, and lead cross-functional delivery from scoping through production and operational excellence while providing field feedback to platform teams.

Consolidate, analyze, and report financial data to support executives; prepare earnings call materials, board and audit committee presentations, annual planning, competitive and ad-hoc analyses, and collaborate with global finance partners to ensure accurate, timely reporting.

Lead and build a consumer AI function: define strategy, operating model, governance, and roadmap; hire and develop an AI leadership team; deliver scalable, secure, consumer-facing AI products; partner with Legal, Security, Product, Marketing and Data to ensure responsible AI adoption and enterprise alignment; report to executives and drive cross-brand AI initiatives.

Manage global Oracle EBS R12.2 financial systems support: incident, problem, change and service request management; liaise with brands, third-party and Oracle; lead support team and ensure smooth transitions and accounting period closures.

Manage B2B sales and agency accounts across Northern California to meet revenue targets. Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies, deliver virtual and in-person presentations and training, manage budgets, forecast revenue, build partner relationships, and support cross-functional initiatives. Role requires frequent travel and independent, self-directed work to grow Princess Cruises business within assigned territory.
