Monitor and validate inbound/outbound EDI transactions across SPS Commerce and SAP integration landscape, investigate and resolve errors, coordinate with CPI, SAP functional teams and business users, maintain logs and incident records, meet SLAs, and provide daily status and escalation for unresolved issues.

Provide technical leadership, develop custom extensions, implement OCC APIs, integrations, data modeling, Solr search, and support CCv2 deployments, CI/CD and release management while collaborating with architects, BAs, QA and stakeholders.

Design and lead enterprise Shopify and Shopify Plus solutions, defining scalable B2B/B2C and marketplace architectures. Drive integrations with ERP/OMS/WMS/CRM/PIM, payment, shipping, and tax systems using REST/GraphQL/webhooks. Provide technical leadership, performance optimization, security best practices, mentoring, and delivery support across distributed teams.

Lead development and integration of Infor M3/M2 solutions for manufacturing: design and build M3 forms and Smart Office, implement MI programs and APIs, configure ION/MEC integrations, perform data migrations, troubleshoot issues, and manage stakeholders across system integration projects.

Lead evaluation and selection of CPQ platforms; define CPQ strategy and end-to-end solution architecture. Run discovery workshops, create comparison reports and decision matrices, design integration and implementation roadmaps, and provide architecture governance and delivery support across CRM, ERP, commerce, and pricing systems.

Assess current IT change control processes, identify gaps, recommend and implement ITGC-aligned controls and governance, define approval workflows, produce process documentation and audit evidence, and support KPMG audit readiness.

Design, develop, and support enterprise integrations using SAP CPI/Integration Suite and SAP BTP. Build iFlows, APIs, message/value mappings, Groovy/XSLT transformations, and adapters (REST, SOAP, OData, IDoc, SFTP, JDBC). Integrate S/4HANA with SuccessFactors, Ariba, Salesforce and external systems, define integration architecture, monitor/troubleshoot production issues, and support cutover and hypercare for cloud and hybrid landscapes.
