Manage and advise EMBL personnel on social security branches administered by external providers; serve as first point of contact for enquiries; coordinate registrations, communications, governance meetings, tender and contract activities; draft SOPs and guidance; support onboarding/offboarding, research projects, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure accurate administration and user support.

Lead and develop a site-based HR team, partner with senior scientific and operational leaders, oversee HR operations and recruitment, advise on complex employee relations, drive local change and continuous improvement, support HR projects and ERP/AI tool adoption, and represent HR across the organisation to enable effective people solutions.
