Supervises IT education staff and leads the development, testing, maintenance, and delivery of training programs. Manages training platforms and licenses, coordinates content with HR and facilities, supports IT communications, assigns training work, evaluates course effectiveness, and guides staff on policies, technical issues, priorities, and procedures. Coordinates with information systems teams and prepares progress reports for the training section.

Conduct hands-on HVAC product demonstrations and technical training in shops, at job sites, and distributor locations. Maintain CRM records, monitor pricing and competition, attend industry events, and travel approximately 50% with overnight travel.

Participates in a hands-on HR internship modeled after Lennox’s full-time HR Leadership Program. Works with HR professionals and business leaders on projects spanning multiple HR disciplines, gains leadership exposure, and develops through workshops, mentorship, and networking. Requires graduate study in HR or an MBA, strong communication, HRIS and Microsoft Office familiarity, collaboration, independence, and geographic mobility. Preferred qualifications include HR or business experience, project leadership interest, analytical ability, and employee-experience focus.

Performs financial and operational audits across corporate functions, business segments, factories, and distribution operations. Responsibilities include risk assessments, control evaluations, audit testing, workpaper preparation, issue identification, reporting recommendations, and communication with management. May lead audit teams, coordinate with external auditors, review sustainability compliance reporting, use data analytics, and handle special assignments. Travel may reach 20% domestically and internationally.

Supports SAP HCM and UKG Workforce Management systems through maintenance, configuration, troubleshooting, testing, data validation, reporting, documentation, and integration support. Assists with HR, payroll, and IT technology initiatives, monitors data interfaces, investigates technical issues, and contributes to process improvements. The intern gains experience with enterprise HR platforms, system testing, HR data quality, APIs, and workforce technology while collaborating across business and technical teams.

Supports engineers in developing and sustaining HVAC air handler and furnace products. Responsibilities include assisting with design, prototype development, testing, validation, engineering analysis, troubleshooting, test-data analysis, documentation, and quality or manufacturability improvements. The intern collaborates with engineering, quality, manufacturing, and other cross-functional teams while gaining hands-on experience in product engineering and development.

Performs financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and quantitative analysis of operational and financial data. Prepares internal financial reports, identifies cost-reduction opportunities, maintains budgeting and forecasting systems, and supports financial research projects. Collaborates across functions to resolve reporting and analysis issues and improves workflow efficiency through process optimization. Requires on-site work in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
