Partners with leaders on employee relations, performance management, labor relations, change management, talent development, succession planning, workforce planning, engagement, and organizational effectiveness. Manages two HR Generalists, improves HR processes, leads cross-functional projects, applies workforce analytics, and ensures compliance with employment laws and HR best practices.

Designs and develops commercial refrigeration equipment, including condensing units, unit coolers, and air-cooled condensers. Selects system components, designs refrigerant piping, calculates refrigeration loads, implements controls, and develops test procedures. Leads product testing, certification, investigations, and cross-functional engineering projects while supporting production and customer requirements. Coordinates engineers, CAD designers, suppliers, and laboratory personnel, using SAP and engineering tools to manage product information, schedules, documentation, and qualification activities.
