Enhance ICARA processes, assess new products, drive risk appetite monitoring, maintain risk frameworks and documentation, perform ad-hoc analyses, and represent UK ERM in governance forums reporting to the UK CRO.

Lead and strengthen the Data Quality Management control environment for reference and issuer data. Investigate complex data issues, perform root-cause analysis, drive remediation with stakeholders and vendors, and enhance governance, controls, KRIs/KPIs, and audit readiness. Identify and translate automation and AI use cases, partner with Technology to deliver scalable solutions across multiple asset classes.
