Support migration of Accounts Payable from SAP R/3 to SAP S/4HANA and DB Buyer. Process incoming invoices, account assignments, invoice verification, payment runs, intercompany recharges, reconciliations, and assist monthly IFRS closings. Collaborate with project teams and offshore finance centres.

Lead day-to-day fund and SPV finance operations for Australian real estate mandates. Oversee reporting (management accounts, NAV, statutory statements), audits, tax compliance, cash and liquidity management, governance, outsourced administrators, and stakeholder communications. Provide Excel-based modelling, recommend operational improvements, and act as deputy to the Fund CFO with responsibility for process, control and team coaching.

Lead HR relationship management for India and UK, advising leaders on HR strategy, performance, talent, compensation, employee relations, workforce planning, change initiatives and learning needs. Collaborate with HR teams and vendors to implement policies, manage ER processes, and support cross-country HR services.
