Develop and implement client reporting changes for asset management systems. Translate business challenges into functional requirements, design scalable technology solutions, document system flows, coordinate change requests, develop reports, create test plans, conduct system and user testing, and support rollout activities. Owns application IT governance, security, risk, audit remediation, IAM compliance, SDLC controls, cloud migration readiness, disaster recovery testing, patching, capacity planning, incident reduction, and application decommissioning. Partners with development, infrastructure, information security, and audit teams to maintain compliance with policies, regulatory requirements, technical roadmaps, and security standards. Provides risk assessments, documentation, release and change planning, and L3 incident support.

Leads platform strategy, research-driven content, targeted client distribution, thought leadership, and sales growth across active, passive, and alternative investment products. Performs daily and monthly investment performance calculations and multi-level attribution across equity, fixed income, and multi-asset portfolios. Analyzes alpha, allocation, selection, factor contributions, and risk-adjusted returns; partners with portfolio managers and client teams to explain results and resolve issues. Maintains GIPS-compliant procedures, controls, and documentation, investigates data and calculation breaks, and drives process improvements. Also develops controlled AI, automation, and advanced analytics use cases for performance measurement and exception management.

Manage Xtrackers ETP primary and secondary market processes, optimise creation/redemption mechanics, monitor liquidity and market maker performance, and support product launches and listings. Build relationships with market participants, produce trading analytics and market intelligence, ensure data quality, and drive process improvements across stakeholders. Use high-frequency market data and analytical tools to support capital markets initiatives.

Two-year graduate program supporting DWS’s APAC Communications, Brand and CSR team. Responsibilities include media relations, stakeholder and journalist coordination, corporate and client events, internal and external content creation, media monitoring, research, social media, and brand positioning. The role collaborates with global communications teams and uses corporate AI tools to support communications analysis and content development.

Two-year graduate program in DWS’s Client Coverage Division, serving institutional investors and distributors.
