The Pricing Analyst supports new business proposals, annual price reviews, customer pricing updates, and supplier or manufacturer deal renewals. The role helps align pricing with growth, retention, margin, rebate, and market strategies. It requires advanced Microsoft Excel skills for high-volume data analysis, strong attention to detail, critical thinking, effective stakeholder communication, adaptability, and the ability to manage projects independently and collaboratively.

First point of contact in an MSP helpdesk: triage, troubleshoot, resolve or escalate incidents and service requests across multiple client environments. Provide remote support for Microsoft 365, Windows/AVD, AD/Entra ID, MFA, endpoint management, basic networking and hardware. Log and manage tickets in PSA/RMM tools, meet SLAs, maintain documentation and knowledgebase, liaise with suppliers, and follow ITIL, security and data protection standards.

Designs, scopes, installs, configures, commissions, and supports digital workspace solutions including business telephony, mobile, broadband, managed print, document capture, and workflow systems. The role conducts site surveys, supports pre-sales, coordinates suppliers and contractors, prepares technical documentation, leads deployment activities, and resolves customer issues remotely and on-site across the UK.

Develop new business pipeline and convert prospects into profitable accounts across Office Supplies, IT, Print, Interiors, PPE and related services. Prospect via cold calling, LinkedIn and social media, run site visits, create presentations/proposals, maintain CRM, collaborate with Implementation and Account Management, and meet sales and gross profit targets.
