Leads M&A transactions, growth investments, capital raises, commercial partnerships, and strategic operating-model initiatives. Manages advisers, diligence workstreams, virtual data rooms, executive presentations, financial models, market research, vendor selection, and cross-functional execution. Partners with executive leadership, Finance, Legal, product, engineering, sales, and operations teams across UK and US markets.

Owns financial control and reporting across a multi-entity, multi-currency group. Responsibilities include leading close and consolidation processes, maintaining reconciliations and financial statements, managing Iplicit, overseeing audits, implementing internal controls, ensuring statutory and tax compliance, and managing the accounting team. The role also serves as the technical accounting escalation point and finance partner to other departments.
