Leads the presales function supporting sales and business development across client acquisition, revenue growth, and international pursuits. Responsibilities include gathering market intelligence, responding to RFPs and RFIs, preparing solutions and proposals, coordinating technical and commercial responses, leading discovery workshops and demonstrations, presenting to CXOs, developing marketing collateral, creating thought leadership content, and mentoring junior presales staff.

Manage global and regional strategic alliances, channel partners, system integrators, consulting firms, and influencers. Own pipeline and revenue targets, develop joint go-to-market plans, source opportunities, enable partners, conduct QBRs, monitor performance, and coordinate with internal sales teams. Build executive relationships, minimize channel conflict, support business planning, and drive large deals through strategic partnerships across global markets.
