Manage incoming service requests, create and maintain work orders, schedule and dispatch field technicians and installation teams, coordinate with customers and internal teams, monitor open jobs for timely completion, and maintain accurate records in service and scheduling systems to ensure smooth field operations and customer satisfaction.

Define and execute product strategy and roadmap for grader and paving machine-control solutions. Partner with engineering, sales, marketing, and operations to launch products, monitor performance, and identify growth opportunities based on customer and market needs.

Provide customer-facing service including walk-ins and calls; enter and update sales/rental orders; perform and coordinate inventory cycle counts and transfers; monitor purchase/sales orders and shipments; process vendor invoices and petty cash; work with service and other locations to expedite repairs and deliveries; troubleshoot sales and customer issues.

Lead system testing for construction and machine control products, performing bench, lab, and outdoor field tests. Investigate and reproduce issues, produce verification reports, collaborate with engineering and global teams, and mentor QA/test engineers to improve testing processes and product quality.

Serve as front-counter point of contact, process sales and rental orders, maintain ERP inventory and records, coordinate transfers and service turnaround, perform cycle counts, process vendor invoices and petty cash, and support sales, service, warehouse, and delivery coordination to ensure timely fulfillment and accurate financial and inventory controls.
