Support delivery of DB data true-ups and in-force business tasks including scheme valuations and individual member calculations. Produce internal sign-off documentation and draft client deliverables, develop knowledge of team systems and drive projects while promoting collaboration and efficiency.

Lead collation, analysis and submission of defined-benefit reinsurance data and reporting, manage treaty administration, drive data quality and process improvements, support pricing and finance teams, deliver regular reporting, provide training, and assist audits and contract requirements.

Prepare and support Group financial reporting including monthly consolidations, quarterly US GAAP and UK regulatory returns, and annual statutory accounts. Produce consolidation journals, reconciliations and reporting schedules, maintain controls and documentation, liaise with stakeholders and auditors, and identify process improvements to ensure accurate, timely, and audit-ready reporting.

The Product Owner will lead the transformation of the new business experience, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define roadmaps, prioritize backlogs, and deliver high-quality outcomes aligned with business objectives.

Lead the Group Reward function to design and deliver competitive, compliant reward frameworks and programmes. Advise senior leaders, oversee benchmarking, pay reviews, benefits, incentives and statutory reporting, present to Executive/Board committees, drive data-led improvements and develop a high-performing Reward team.
