Provides operational support for pension scheme implementations, including data checks, TPA onboarding, governance sign-offs, transition tasks, funding and member calculation queries, BAU handovers, issue resolution, and monthly management information. The role coordinates with Data, Operations, Onboarding, Buyout, and third-party administrator teams while maintaining accurate implementation records and meeting deadlines.

Manage multiple defined benefit pension transactions from appointment through completion, coordinating trustees, scheme administrators, consultants, internal teams, data validation, implementation, and operational handover. The role involves stakeholder and client relationship management, project scheduling, issue resolution, trustee meeting attendance, and support for pension de-risking opportunities including buy-ins and buy-outs. Occasional UK travel is required.

Manage DB pension scheme transitions from contract through data cleanse and handover. Plan projects, validate data, coordinate trustees and internal stakeholders, escalate issues, support implementation teams, and mentor junior transition staff.

Leads independent investment valuation reviews, price verification, and valuation governance across fixed income, derivatives, private credit, structured products, real estate, and other illiquid assets. Reviews methodologies, models, assumptions, and market data; investigates control exceptions; and improves valuation processes, systems, data quality, and reporting. Supports liquidity modeling, stress testing, regulatory and audit activities, financial reporting, and senior governance committees.

As a Senior Technical Transaction Analyst, you will manage new transactions, ensuring accurate data preparation and effective member option outputs. You will provide technical expertise to enhance processes and support transition and onboarding teams effectively.

Lead the Group's external and regulatory financial reporting across IFRS, US GAAP and Solvency II. Deliver annual/half-year reports, SFCR and sustainability disclosures; provide technical accounting guidance; ensure controls and governance; manage external audit engagement; lead and develop the Corporate Reporting team; drive process improvement and support strategic corporate activities.

This role involves managing scheme transitions in pensions, focusing on project planning, stakeholder management, and data accuracy while ensuring client commitments are met.

Lead collation, analysis and submission of defined-benefit reinsurance data and reporting, manage treaty administration, drive data quality and process improvements, support pricing and finance teams, deliver regular reporting, provide training, and assist audits and contract requirements.
