Lead a large-scale BSS managed-service transformation for a Tier-1 operator: define governance, manage multi-vendor delivery, oversee integration/migration, control cost/schedule/quality/risk, ensure SLA/commercial compliance, and coach cross-functional teams to achieve on-time go-live and operational excellence.

Manage and optimize enterprise storage and backup infrastructure (SAN, NAS, object) and backup solutions; perform provisioning, performance tuning, capacity planning, DR and recovery testing; integrate storage with OS, virtualization, containers and databases; automate tasks, enforce security, and support 24x7 operations with vendor coordination and documentation.

Implement, configure, and maintain service activation workflows in Ericsson Dynamic Activation. Develop Java-based modules, REST/SOAP integrations, and payload transformations (XML/JSON). Troubleshoot activation failures, optimize platform performance, support provisioning/product modeling, and collaborate with operations, architecture, and integration teams to meet SLAs.

Administer and support production MariaDB/MySQL environments (Galera, master-slave), ensure availability, performance, backups and recovery, monitor with Zabbix, troubleshoot incidents, assist with Cassandra/Percona XtraDB, support colleagues, participate in on-call rotations and post-mortems.

Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications across backend and frontend. Build scalable Java/Spring Boot services, responsive React/Angular UIs, REST APIs, and database schemas. Collaborate with product, architecture, and QA, participate in code reviews, troubleshoot production issues, and improve performance, security, and code quality.

Troubleshoot activation failures, optimize platform performance, support provisioning/product modeling, and implement change requests and LLDs to meet SLAs.
