Manage customer accounts by performing credit investigations, new account setups, order releases, collections, and reconciliations. Process credit applications, EDI/portal invoices, service orders, and resolve invoice discrepancies. Communicate with customers and internal teams to clear credit holds and meet credit department objectives.

Lead strategic sourcing, run RFP/RFIs/RFQs, negotiate contracts for hardware, software, SaaS and services, manage vendor performance, licensing and renewals, drive cost savings and vendor consolidation, oversee team workflows, mentor staff, and ensure compliance with procurement policies and contractual/infosec/legal requirements.
