Ensure scope, budget, timeline, quality, governance, stakeholder engagement, risk mitigation, user adoption, and post-go-live support while mentoring project teams and supporting pre-sales and commercial activities.

Lead delivery of large, complex or multiple concurrent projects. Ensure delivery commitments, budgets, forecasts and contractual alignment. Manage cross-project dependencies, stakeholder relationships, and commercial risks. Mentor project managers and enforce PMO governance, RAID, reporting and quality controls.
