Deliver statutory financial reporting and tax compliance for entities in Belgium, the Nordics, and Israel. Ensure accuracy of Balance Sheet and P&L, prepare statutory accounts and tax filings, manage external audits, liaise with Shared Services and Group functions, support entity setups/closures and finance transformation initiatives, and enforce Group accounting policies and controls.

Provide L3 product and production support including build and release management, environment administration, deployments, source control maintenance, CRM (JIRA) administration, automation of operational procedures, and ad hoc administrative tasks supporting client deliveries and onsite consultant logistics.

Provide technical support and incident resolution for Temenos Transact (T24) clients: diagnose/debug T24 core, integration layers and Java customizations; coordinate with development, infrastructure and DBAs; perform RCA and implement fixes or workarounds; maintain SLAs and clear client communication; handle production-critical issues and develop toward SME/leadership responsibilities.

Serve as strategic communications advisor to a senior business function: develop executive and functional communications strategies, craft leadership messaging, counsel on sensitive or high-profile issues, run town halls and announcements, align cross-functional channels, and translate complex technical or product priorities into clear internal and external narratives.

Drive account growth for Temenos in Cambodia by selling digital banking, SaaS, CRM and cloud solutions. Build value-based propositions, manage full sales cycle, create account plans, maintain pipeline and forecasts, engage C-suite stakeholders, collaborate cross-functionally, and represent Temenos at events. Travel extensively (~50%).

Lead pre-sales technical architecture for banking clients: run workshops, design end-to-end Temenos solutions (SaaS/private/public/on‑prem), produce RFP/RFI technical responses, define integration/migration and sizing, deliver demos and thought leadership, and collaborate with sales, product, delivery, and partners.

Lead and execute partner and hyperscaler go-to-market strategies to drive partner-sourced revenue, SaaS adoption, and cloud transformation. Build executive relationships with GSIs and hyperscalers, create joint business plans, manage pipeline and ACV targets, support complex deals as executive sponsor, and coordinate cross-functional teams to expand market presence and recurring revenue.

Provide technical support for Temenos products: analyze and resolve client tickets within SLAs, document defects and root causes, liaise with development, guide clients during implementations/upgrades, contribute to knowledgebase, build analysis tools, and perform onsite troubleshooting during go-lives. Work in a 24/7 support environment.

Design and govern the bank's integration architecture connecting Temenos Transact to digital channels, fintechs, and third parties using APIs, microservices, and event-driven patterns. Define governance, API standards, high-availability and security strategies; provide technical leadership, review designs, and coordinate integration and DevOps teams to enable scalable, resilient, and secure banking integrations.
