Lead and manage outsourced payroll processing, ensure compliance with payroll laws, resolve payroll discrepancies, supervise payroll staff, analyze payroll data, liaise with finance and vendors, and lead payroll-related projects and system implementations.

Responsible for plant-level employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, compensation administration, union relations and grievance handling, compliance with employment laws, training delivery, workforce planning, and partnering with management to improve talent and succession at the Franklin Park manufacturing site.

Support plant HR operations for ~200 hourly employees: payroll (UKG), recruiting, onboarding, training, attendance tracking, leaves (FMLA/STD/LTD), HR records, I-9/E-Verify, badge/locker management, temp labor coordination, audits, and employee engagement initiatives.

Execute high-volume HR transactions and maintain accurate employee data across Workday, ADP, and UKG. Reconcile benefits and payroll data, audit vendor files, investigate discrepancies, resolve interface errors, support benefits administration, and back up other HR functions including ticketing, invoices, and OE/merit assistance. Perform reporting, data cleanup, and project work as assigned.
