Lead engineering execution for McLaren product launches into Linamar facilities, ensuring designs are industrialized, transferable, and meet quality, cost, and timing targets. Build and govern a global launch framework, manage direct reports, lead DFMEA/PFMEA and PPAP reviews, oversee tooling/automation validation, drive root cause resolution, track launch KPIs, and align cross-functional stakeholders to achieve stable production ramp-up and continuous improvement.

Lead global CAD operations and standards, manage CAD/PLM software, licenses and budgets, oversee core design team and KPI development, align CAD workflows with product development, implement/optimize engineering tools, create process documentation, and provide training, mentoring, and HR management for direct reports.

Under general supervision, produce and maintain detailed engineering drawings and documentation using CAD. Track change management, update plant layouts and tooling databases, support program managers with process specs, and ensure drawings meet specifications, GD&T, and manufacturing requirements.
