Supports daily HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits administration, claims management, training coordination, employee engagement, investigations, disciplinary processes, and compliance with employment legislation. Maintains employee records in HRIS systems, advises managers and employees on policies and benefits, administers programs, and coordinates hiring and development activities.

Supports investor relations strategy, investor communications, earnings materials, events, executive briefings, capital-raising activities, and disclosure processes. Requires administrative experience or a related college diploma, proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work independently. Bilingual English and Spanish skills are advantageous.

Prepare month-end journal entries, financial statements, reconciliations, reports, accruals, fixed-asset schedules, and variance analyses. Ensure accurate GL coding, tax entries, payroll tax return reviews, and corporate deadline compliance. Assist with rolling forecasts, annual budgets, five-year business planning, audits, and special projects while coordinating with departments and supporting accounting procedures.

Coordinates customer orders from entry through shipping and invoicing, responds to customer and sales inquiries, manages shipment schedules, supports forecasting and reporting, maintains order and customer records, verifies pricing and financial documentation, and collaborates with sales, production, logistics, materials, scheduling, and accounts receivable teams to meet customer and shipping targets.

Owns integration, configuration, validation, and release of embedded software for MCU-based automotive ECUs. Responsibilities include firmware and middleware integration, build and configuration management, model-based software integration, interface validation, diagnostics and communication testing, HIL and vehicle bring-up, debugging, root cause analysis, defect tracking, and coordination across firmware, controls, hardware, suppliers, and vehicle teams.

Supports the Engineering team with documentation, engineering drawings, process specifications, plant layouts, and project-related tasks. Sets up and operates conventional and CNC machines, performs capability studies, verifies workpiece conformance using precision instruments, and adjusts machine settings as needed. The intern also maintains engineering records, supports continuous improvement, and collaborates with program managers and project engineers.

Oversee engineering programs from planning through closure, managing scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, documentation, and stakeholder communication. Collaborate with design, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams to deliver projects successfully. Provide technical guidance, apply project management methodologies, ensure engineering standards are followed, and drive continuous process improvement.

Designs and analyzes agricultural machinery products using CAD, FEA, calculations, prototyping, and verification testing. Develops detailed models and drawings, mitigates design risks, supports prototype builds and field testing, and collaborates with purchasing, manufacturing, quality, publications, and product support teams. Travel is required to support product field-testing.

Prepares month-end reconciliations, journal entries, financial statements, reports, income statements, variance analyses, accounts payable and receivable aging, payment processing, expense reports, and credit statement tracking. Supports annual budgeting, five-year business planning, and rolling forecasts. The role requires accounting education, advanced Excel skills, financial data analysis, and readiness to enroll in the CPA program.
