Supports branch sales and portfolio growth for personal and wealth banking products. Builds and deepens customer relationships, promotes banking products, refers customers to appropriate teams, increases revenue and customer satisfaction, reduces attrition and operational losses, and supports consumer banking activities across retail banking and related services.

Oversee account-opening controls and ensure compliance with AML/CFT, sanctions, KYC, and regulatory requirements. Designs and delivers classroom, virtual, and blended training; manages training administration, reporting, learning records, onboarding, and programme development. Uses capability assessments and stakeholder feedback to enhance learning programmes and employee performance.

Leads end-to-end user acceptance and functional testing for retail banking applications and digital channels. Responsibilities include test planning, coverage review, defect and issue management, documentation, operational readiness, production support, user training, process improvements, disaster recovery testing, business continuity, and audit remediation. Requires strong knowledge of retail banking products and experience testing channels such as mobile and self-service banking.

Advise clients on mortgage, refinancing, and property financing products; assess financial capacity and credit risk; guide applications through documentation, valuation, approval, and legal processes; prepare loan proposals; maintain client relationships; pursue new business; monitor mortgage market and regulatory changes; comply with banking policies; achieve sales targets; and provide responsive customer service throughout the mortgage journey.

Provides administrative and operational support for account opening, servicing transactions, KYC name screening, World-Check reviews, AML and governance checks. Maintains account and card status, performs sales reporting and tracking, handles callbacks and transaction processing, and supports sales office administration such as stationery ordering and archival maintenance.

Plan and execute marketing campaigns and customer communications for cards and payments products. Produce campaign collateral, track fulfillment and performance, analyze market and competitor activity, manage customer queries with Customer Service, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, and complete product-related administrative work.

Lead end-to-end execution and continuous improvement of TMRW Digital Wealth client experiences across the region. Act as product owner: coordinate stakeholders, manage prioritization and backlog, ensure governance and user story quality, oversee vendor SLAs, drive implementations and change management, and partner on customer research, journey mapping, and new capability ideation.

Provide end-to-end operational support for global markets products, including trade reporting, reconciliations, settlements, corporate actions, funding projections, regulatory submissions, and AML alert monitoring. Investigate transaction discrepancies, coordinate with counterparties and internal teams, maintain operating procedures, ensure regulatory compliance, and support related projects. The role requires knowledge of market infrastructure, clearing and settlement, collateral management, SWIFT, payment formats, Excel, and VBA.
