Manage supplier relationships, source and negotiate with suppliers, track supplier performance and maintain Approved Supplier List. Execute strategic sourcing, cost-reduction initiatives, and PO/invoice issue resolution. Analyze MRP signals, forecasts, and inventory to plan purchases and minimize shortages/excess. Lead continuous improvement, risk mitigation, and cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Sales.

Drive continuous improvement and quality performance in manufacturing by managing the Quality Management System, audits, supplier quality, nonconformance and corrective actions, first article and process validations, data-driven root-cause analysis, and cross-functional improvement initiatives to ensure compliance, reduce variation, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Lead and grow the General Markets sales organization by developing market strategies, driving new business, building executive customer relationships, and coaching Sales Engineers to meet revenue and performance goals.
