Lead end-to-end talent acquisition for a designated region, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, candidate experience, employer branding, and DEI initiatives. Develop creative hiring and sourcing strategies, partner with stakeholders, manage recruitment agencies and ATS data, ensure legal compliance, and coach hiring team members. Support regional and global talent acquisition strategy while managing high volumes of roles and competing priorities.

The role requires technical actuator knowledge, commercial awareness, customer service expertise, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving in a manufacturing environment.

Lead global strategy and ownership for the machining direct-materials category. Develop category roadmaps, manage strategic suppliers, lead negotiations, optimize total cost and value, and improve delivery, quality, capacity, and supply resilience. Drive sourcing initiatives including localization, dual sourcing, RFx, long-term agreements, and supplier development. Partner with Engineering, Quality, Operations, and Finance in a global, matrix manufacturing environment.

Supports the Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations deployment and finance optimization program across factory and selling entities. Develops entity-readiness plans, aligns sites to the global blueprint, leads finance data migration and ETL cycles, coordinates testing, training, cutover, and go-live activities, and drives change management. Partners with process owners, business analysts, architects, superusers, and local leadership to validate requirements, manage localizations, resolve issues, improve data quality, and ensure finance processes are ready for deployment.

Lead Oil and Gas sales strategy and delivery across the United States, including account development, P&L ownership, forecasting, customer relationships, resource allocation, and sales team coaching. Drive growth, profitability, and operational excellence across channels while collaborating with engineering, internal sales, and other business functions. Promote ethical leadership, employee development, safety, quality, and compliance in a complex, matrixed organization.

Supports the APAC Programme Manager in deploying Microsoft Dynamics 365 across factories and sales entities. Validates global solution fit, aligns sites to standardized processes, prepares data, and supports solution specification, testing, training, data migration, change management, and go-live activities. Works with senior internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues, drive decisions, and deliver continuous improvement through the transition from legacy systems.

Creates 3D models, assemblies, detailed drawings, bills of materials, and technical documentation for pneumatic and hydraulic actuator products. Supports design updates, prototype builds, testing, validation, mechanical calculations, and problem solving under supervision. Collaborates with experienced engineers and cross-functional teams while following design standards and contributing to product development and manufacturing activities.

Supports regional HR service delivery across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee changes, offboarding, policy application, employee relations administration, performance and compensation processes, HRIS data maintenance, reporting, and culture and talent initiatives. The role responds to HR queries, supports managers and stakeholders, coordinates HR projects, maintains compliance with local labor laws, and contributes to policy improvements and employee experience.
