Designs, automates, and operates enterprise cloud environments and software delivery platforms. Builds CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code solutions, and containerized applications using AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, and related technologies. Supports production reliability, monitoring, incident response, patching, vulnerability remediation, observability, and on-call operations across development through production environments.

Provides enterprise architecture leadership across Federal technology environments by defining current, transition, and target-state architectures, modernization roadmaps, governance standards, cloud and integration strategies, cybersecurity controls, data and AI architectures, and reusable technology patterns. Assesses technology portfolios, guides solution alignment, facilitates stakeholder workshops, supports strategic proposals, and mentors architects and engineers. Requires extensive enterprise architecture experience, cloud expertise, and eligibility for a Federal Public Trust clearance.
