Execute hands-on operational system set-ups for client mandates, fund launches and onboarding events across fund structures, custody, markets, instruments and derivatives. Liaise with custodians and third parties, resolve exceptions, maintain auditable records, support go-live readiness, drive process improvements and provide guidance to junior colleagues while ensuring compliance and SLA adherence.

Lead and review consolidation reporting for funds, including IFRS10 assessments, GAAP-to-IFRS adjustments, NAV reconciliations, technical accounting memos, and stakeholder coordination. Drive process and control improvements, support audits, mentor junior team members, and ensure timely, compliant consolidated financial submissions to Group reporting.

Provide oversight of NAV processes and fund financial reporting for private markets funds. Validate outputs from third-party administrators, perform error and risk analysis, support remediation and regulatory reporting, advise on fund launches, integrations, restructurings and valuations, design NAV controls, and manage complex stakeholder and TPA relationships to strengthen controls and governance across fund accounting and reporting.

Lead and support capital modelling, risk scenario generation, stress testing and reporting for with-profits and non-profit products. Maintain spreadsheet controls, documentation and audit trails, collaborate with Finance and Risk stakeholders across locations, and continually develop actuarial and technical knowledge to deliver accurate, timely outputs.

Partner with senior leaders to design and deliver people strategies across organisation design, culture, talent, performance, reward and change. Provide coaching, lead senior recruitment, use people data to inform decisions, manage HR projects, embed talent management, support M&A people aspects, liaise with HR Centres of Expertise and ensure HR controls and regulatory compliance.
