Operate and maintain data pipelines that validate, transform and enrich policyholder data for actuarial modelling. Investigate and resolve data issues, apply validation and governance standards, produce reports and dashboards, support audits, maintain documentation, and collaborate with stakeholders to implement enhancements and ensure data accuracy and auditability.

The role ensures regulatory compliance, evidence-based decisions, governance alignment, and consistent product-owner practices. It also oversees product-owner activity, establishes standards, and coaches colleagues to build a high-performing product community.

Provide actuarial leadership and subject-matter expertise for strategic initiatives, proposition development and business change. Lead cross-functional stakeholder engagement, produce impact assessments, governance papers and valuation/model guidance, embed controls, coordinate SME delivery, translate technical concepts for senior audiences, and identify process and control improvements across Finance, Commercial, Risk and Technology.

Manages M&G’s corporate media relations, reputation, announcements, financial reporting communications, executive profiling, and crisis issues. Builds journalist relationships, develops press releases, briefings, messaging, and Q&A materials, oversees media monitoring and evaluation, coordinates suppliers and media training, and ensures policy governance and compliance. The role also develops proactive campaigns and uses AI tools to improve media-team efficiency.

Own end-to-end delivery of medium to highly complex projects within M&G’s Life and Pensions Change & Transformation team. Responsibilities include defining business cases, managing scope, schedules, budgets, risks, resources, governance, stakeholders, suppliers, and benefits realization. The role requires delivery of business, technical, and regulatory change projects in financial services, mentoring project teams, improving project management capabilities, and ensuring successful handover to business-as-usual operations.

Supports M&G Group financial reporting, regulatory reporting, Annual Report and Accounts activities, audit requests, reporting documentation, process improvements, controls, and stakeholder coordination. The role facilitates meetings, tracks actions, drafts reporting instructions, prepares committee papers, responds to finance requests, and helps manage operational risk while meeting strict deadlines.
