Film, edit and appear on camera where needed; manage contributor and UGC pipelines; use audience insight and trends to shape content; maintain trackers and reporting (Monday.com/Airtable); support moderation, recruitment for campaigns and ensure GDPR-compliant data handling.

Lead the development, commissioning and scaling of high-value multimedia IP across editorial, commercial and audience teams. Drive creative strategy, establish commissioning frameworks, evaluate investment ROI, and represent the company with industry partners. Build organisational capability to create scalable video, audio and cross-platform franchises while raising creative standards and delivering measurable audience and commercial outcomes.
