Lead central legal strategy on platform work and labour regulation across JET markets. Advise Legal, HR, Operations and Public Affairs on regulatory, litigation and implementation issues; translate regulatory changes into governance, playbooks and local guidance; support disputes, consultations and enforcement responses; monitor developments and recommend risk management and prioritization.

Lead design and implementation of tools, workflows and automations to scale Legal operations. Translate legal requirements into prototypes, dashboards, agents and deployable apps; own technical designs within governance; partner with Product, Tech, Data and Compliance; monitor adoption and reliability; document solutions and operating processes.

Lead legal technology, automation and AI strategy to scale the Legal function. Build and manage a team of legal engineers, design and deploy workflows, intake/triage, automation and knowledge solutions, own legal data and dashboards, govern legal and AI tooling, and drive adoption and change across legal stakeholders.

Embed with product teams to prototype, deploy and evaluate AI-driven workflows. Diagnose failure modes, iterate on prompts/agents, build repeatable evaluation frameworks and tools, and translate findings into durable platform and product improvements across the organisation.
