Design, build, and maintain scalable backend and frontend systems using Python and modern frameworks; lead and mentor developers; manage delivery roadmaps; integrate frontend components; ensure performance, security, and production stability; and apply AI/ML techniques where applicable.

Independently design and execute test cases for small-to-medium modules (functional, regression, integration, exploratory). Triage defects with developers, maintain reusable test artifacts and automation frameworks (POM), document QA processes, and suggest process improvements. Use automation (Playwright/JS or Selenium), Git/Bitbucket, API testing, and test management tools (JIRA/TestRail).
