Manage and grow a portfolio of customer accounts to meet branch sales targets. Deliver excellent customer service via phone, face-to-face and email, develop new business, build rapport with clients, and act as first point of contact for key accounts. Support branch operations including trade counter duties and warehouse picking/packing as needed.

Maintain a well-run storeroom and support branch operations: load/unload deliveries, pick/pack/dispatch orders, receive goods, perform inventory and stocktakes. Provide customer service and internal sales support to trades, drive safely, and uphold a strong safety culture.

Handle inbound/counter sales, process orders/quotes, confirm stock and suggest alternatives, provide product knowledge, and perform picking/receiving/shipping as needed.

Lead product and technical sales support for switchgear and related electrical products. Develop product expertise, support outside sales with demonstrations and proposals, build supplier and customer relationships, mentor junior staff, analyze market opportunities, and provide training and technical assistance to branches and customers to grow revenue.

Handle inbound/outbound telephone and email sales, process quotes and orders, maintain customer relationships, prospect for new accounts, support outside sales, and use digital tools and product knowledge to grow revenue.
