Lead project sales for the East Region: identify opportunities, manage project lifecycles from bid to execution, build stakeholder relationships, meet sales and margin targets, forecast pipeline, coordinate cross-functional teams, and report on project status and market trends.

Territory-focused outside sales role selling electrical products; generate new business, grow existing accounts, provide product selection support, collaborate with suppliers and internal teams, maintain CRM and sales records, and travel frequently to customer sites.

Coordinate day-to-day project activities and provide administrative support to the Project Management team. Maintain customer orders in the Direct Project Management System, enter and track purchase orders, expedite orders, reconcile final billings, process shop drawings, and liaise between vendors, sales, management, and customers while supporting sales initiatives and brand consistency.

Prepare and submit project quotations by reviewing bid packages, issuing RFQs to vendors, compiling bid tabulations, negotiating supplier pricing, and coordinating with sales and branch teams. Maintain product knowledge, vendor and customer relationships, and use digital tools to promote sales.

Lead business development to sell industrial information software and process solutions across a multi-state territory. Work with sales teams, integrators, and suppliers to identify solutions, execute sales strategies, perform customer audits, present proposals to executives, coordinate project delivery, and drive lifecycle services and partnerships.

Manage and grow a portfolio of customer accounts via phone, face-to-face and email. Deliver excellent customer service, meet branch sales targets, develop new business, and support branch operations including trade counter and occasional picking/packing.

Process and interpret timesheets, assist with weekly/fortnightly/monthly pay runs, respond to payroll queries, reconcile leave, set up starters and calculate termination pay, and prepare standard and ad-hoc payroll reports, ensuring compliance with legislation and company policy.

Lead and grow outside sales team to achieve regional sales targets. Develop strategies, manage key accounts, forecast revenue, coach staff, collaborate with district teams, and represent the brand.

Provide internal sales support for commercial and industrial customers: answer phone and email orders, perform product research, promote ongoing promotions, pursue potential customers, follow up on quotes and deliveries, collaborate with outside sales representatives, and perform branch operational tasks.
