Drive profitable growth and market share within a defined geography/segment by building customer partnerships, managing pipeline, developing value propositions, governing pricing/profitability, promoting multichannel adoption, ensuring excellent customer experience, and upskilling internal teams to achieve sales targets.

Support outside sales to grow datacom product sales through product demonstrations, customer relationship building, technical support, and training. Identify sales opportunities, present proposals to technical and leadership audiences, maintain supplier relationships, and assist branches with product knowledge and market planning.

Support sales on large projects, provide technical and commercial resources, identify new growth opportunities, and collaborate with procurement, product management, operations, and regional leadership to drive specialization and category leadership.

Support outside sales by developing deep product knowledge, conducting demonstrations, pursuing sales opportunities, building customer and supplier relationships, providing technical support and training, and helping execute local business plans to grow product sales.

Lead project sales for the East Region: identify opportunities, manage project lifecycles from bid to execution, build stakeholder relationships, meet sales and margin targets, forecast pipeline, coordinate cross-functional teams, and report on project status and market trends.

Sell and promote electrical products by building and maintaining customer relationships, generating new and additional sales, providing product selection and quotations, using ERP/CRM and digital tools, collaborating with suppliers and management, and maintaining accurate sales records.

Provide daily phone and email customer service; process orders, inquiries, and quotations; confirm stock and suggest alternatives; follow up on quotes; make outbound calls to solicit business; assist customers with e-commerce questions; maintain high customer service standards.

Prepare project quotations for low-to-moderate complexity switchgear projects by reviewing bid packages, issuing RFQs to vendors, compiling bid tabulations, negotiating supplier pricing, and submitting final proposals with required documentation while collaborating with sales, customers, and vendors.
