Drive sales growth and provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support for automation products. Responsibilities include customer visits, troubleshooting, quoting, training, sales strategy, reporting, inventory coordination, and collaboration with sales, purchasing, and supplier partners.

Execute sourcing and replenishment strategies for assigned branches and vendors, monitor inventory and fill rates, expedite POs, resolve vendor cost/quality issues, mentor team members, and drive supplier negotiations to optimize availability, turns, and margins.

Manage inbound/outbound customer communications to quote, process, and close orders; maintain customer relationships; prospect for new accounts; support outside sales; provide product knowledge, quotations, and market feedback; attend product training and resolve customer issues promptly.
