Lead AWS infrastructure architecture, design documentation, security hardening, networking, infrastructure-as-code automation, disaster recovery, and performance and cost optimization. Plan and execute cloud migrations, upgrades, and deployments while managing complex Linux environments, web servers, databases, and parallel incidents. Collaborate with application, development, and leadership teams to deliver resilient, secure, and efficient cloud infrastructure.

Support HR operations across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee records, payroll inputs, leave administration, compliance, employee relations, engagement, performance management, reporting, and exit processes. Coordinate performance review cycles, assist with grievances and improvement plans, maintain HRMS data, and partner with managers to improve employee experience and retention in an IT services environment.
