Coordinates incident, problem, change, release, escalation, deployment, monitoring, and post-release activities across operations, engineering, security, DevSecOps, and support teams. Defines operational metrics, SLAs, runbooks, dashboards, and documentation; drives root-cause analysis and continuous improvement; communicates operational status and risks to stakeholders; and ensures compliance with security, continuity, and federal reporting requirements.

Leads front-line support desk operations, including analyst coordination, ticket triage, escalations, SLA monitoring, knowledge management, and service-quality improvement.
