Provide corporate legal advice on high-value M&A and joint venture transactions in the Energy and Resources sector (focus on oil & gas). Work with senior partners, build client relationships, support sector-focused business development, and contribute to cross-border corporate matters.

Provide proactive legal PA support to the TMT Risk Advisory team, assisting lawyers with litigation tasks, document preparation, scheduling, and general administrative duties. Collaborate with Business Operations in a hybrid office setting to meet team needs and deliver high-quality, timely support.

The role involves advising on infrastructure projects, especially in student accommodation and energy sectors, supporting both private and public clients throughout all project phases.

As a Senior Associate, you will advise on employment aspects of corporate transactions, manage disputes, and supervise junior team members. You will need to deliver strategic legal advice in employment law and manage client relationships.
