The Credit Policy Manager oversees the adoption and governance of credit policies, ensuring compliance with regulations, engaging stakeholders, and driving credit transformation initiatives in Wholesale Banking.

Manage a portfolio of commercial banking clients, build relationships with business owners, conduct client reviews, identify growth opportunities, and coordinate tailored solutions with product specialists (cash management, trade finance, lending). Provide high-quality service, resolve client issues, and pursue new business strategies.

Manage and grow relationships with high-net-worth clients, achieve revenue targets, source new business, coordinate with investment teams, supervise a Marketing Associate, provide investment advisory/execution (SFC Type 1 & 4), and ensure compliance with SFC/HKMA policies and internal controls.

Support and implement compliance policies and procedures, interpret regulations, handle staff licensing and training, investigate compliance issues, provide regulatory support for customer complaints, partner with senior and regional teams, conduct process reviews, and promote a strong compliance culture.
