Develop, maintain and support the bank's e-banking applications (corporate online banking, enterprise WeChat, mobile banking). Implement new features, fix production issues, follow change management, support projects, coordinate vendors, enforce security and regulatory controls, and collaborate with parent bank and internal teams.

Lead delivery and support of Financial Crime and Regulatory Compliance technology solutions, liaising between Compliance and IT partners. Manage system changes, enhancements, budgets, timelines, risks, governance, and audits. Drive process improvements, change management, stakeholder communications, and present status to steering committees. Analyze large datasets with SQL and create dashboards using Power BI to support compliance decision-making.

Lead and contribute to front-office analytics, pricing tools and real-time risk components. Support derivatives workflows, build scalable data pipelines and production APIs, deploy and optimize systems, and collaborate with senior quants to bridge research and implementation.

Perform periodic KYC/CDD reviews for clients and financial intermediaries, validate account structures, sources of wealth/funds, remediate red flags with Front Office, track AML exit cases, coordinate cross-functional working groups, support CLM target operating model requirements, develop SOPs/training/materials, run trainings for Front Office, and prepare senior management reports.

Maintain and update branch procedure manuals to meet regulatory and internal standards. Identify process risks and control gaps, align local procedures with group frameworks, collaborate with stakeholders to secure approvals, train staff, implement a procedure management system, and support audits, compliance, and regulators with documentation and clarifications.

Operate and support OCBC's cloud middleware (OpenShift/Kubernetes, Kafka, Redis) in a 24/7 environment. Troubleshoot platform and application issues, implement monitoring/alerting, perform capacity planning, enforce security best practices, and provide technical guidance to development and operations teams.
