Support end-to-end onboarding of securities client accounts: verify documentation, set up and maintain client/account data, ensure accuracy and compliance with KYC/AML and internal controls, liaise with Compliance, Front Office, Operations and Technology, track onboarding progress, support reporting, and contribute to process improvements.

Provide administrative and client service support to Relationship Managers for Private Banking clients: respond to enquiries, monitor accounts, prepare documentation and presentations, coordinate across functions, schedule meetings and travel, and ensure regulatory compliance.
