Supports International Wealth Premier Relationship Managers by delivering one-stop banking solutions, managing customer relationships, assisting with loan applications and sales transactions, handling client documentation and data entry, responding to inquiries, maintaining records, and providing administrative, operational, service, and marketing support to ensure an excellent Premier Banking customer experience.

Lead and manage enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM), PAM, and identity governance frameworks. Oversee provisioning/de-provisioning, MFA/SSO, access certifications, privileged onboarding/offboarding, and compliance with banking regulations. Act as SME for identity-related incidents, handle audits and remediation, and coordinate stakeholders to maintain secure, scalable identity access solutions.

Plan and execute red team, adversary emulation, and purple team engagements across banking infrastructure. Develop MITRE ATT&CK-mapped attack scenarios, conduct controlled reconnaissance and exploitation, maintain Rules of Engagement, validate detection coverage, and provide actionable technical and management reporting. Coordinate regional exercises, manage stakeholders and logistics, improve red team methodologies and tooling, and monitor emerging threat actor behaviors and techniques relevant to financial services.

Support the delivery, operation, testing, and continuous improvement of Oracle Fusion ERP across finance workstreams and regional entities. Gather and document requirements, analyze processes and control gaps, coordinate with business and technology stakeholders, prepare and execute UAT, track defects, support production issues, and assist with go-live and change activities. Identify opportunities to use automation, reporting, analytics, and AI-enabled capabilities to improve efficiency, data quality, controls, and user experience.

Provides production application support for global Wealth Management systems, resolving incidents, managing problems, overseeing batch operations, supporting deployments, testing fixes, and coordinating system enhancements. Partners with business, technology, architecture, and vendor teams to improve stability, reduce incidents, manage risks, and support front- and back-office processes. Provides on-call coverage, documentation, training, and cross-training. Requires experience with banking applications, Java/J2EE, .NET, SAS, databases, operating systems, application servers, microservices, and financial services production support.

Assess macroeconomic and financial market impacts on the bank’s balance sheet; develop interest rate, liquidity, and structural FX strategies; oversee treasury policies and Funds Transfer Pricing methodologies; provide analytics and recommendations to senior management and Group ALCO; and support cross-functional treasury initiatives.
